Seeking Full-Time Climbing Arborist to join the team at Foxfire Tree Care Company LLC in Washington County, Vermont. Hourly Wage dependent on experience, competencies, and certifications. Can start as soon as October, 2025.

Responsibilities

• Perform tree care services including felling, pruning, cabling/bracing, and removal with competence of modern and industry standard tools.
• Utilize industry standard rigging techniques to safely lower branches and sections of trees.
• Crane Assisted Tree Removal.
• Operate Machinery such as Articulating Aerial Lifts, Loaders, Chippers, and Trucks.
• Maintain and perform routine service to all equipment.
• Operation of CRM Software for daily JSA and schedule reports.
• Collaborate and communicate with team members to ensure efficient workflow and safe, high-quality Arboriculture.
• Communicate professionally, with a diverse range of clients, while on jobsites.
• Assist Ground Crew team members in all clean-up tasks.

Experience Requirements

• ISA Certified Climbing Arborist
• 3+ years climbing full-time.
• Additional competencies and certifications such as TCIA Tree Climber Specialist, TRAQ, and more are a plus.
